My Approach

I'm a decisive, execution-first IT leader who thrives in ambiguity. From rebuilding portfolio governance in a post-RIF environment to leading multi-million-dollar divestitures, I've delivered structure where there wasn't any—and built systems that scale even when headcount doesn't.

I started in the Army, worked my way through state systems and banking, then pivoted into biotech—eventually leading IT portfolio delivery at a public company. Along the way, I've rebuilt PMOs, delivered capital programs, executed divestitures, and scaled IT operations through layoffs, M&A, and FDA approval phases.

My effectiveness comes from bringing structure to shifting priorities, stepping into leadership vacuums, and moving work forward when others hesitate. I focus on impact, own results, and cut through noise. That's how I work—and how I help teams deliver during make-or-break transitions.

From boots-on-the-ground support to boardroom strategy

09/2012 - 03/2016

Network Switching Systems Operator-Maintainer, U.S. Army

I led a team responsible for field communications infrastructure and tactical network operations. This experience developed my foundational discipline and troubleshooting instincts that have served as bedrock throughout my career.

10/2016 - 11/2017

System Support Specialist, Texas Department of Criminal Justice

I provided remote support to over 36,000 employees across 100+ prisons and created a comprehensive user manual for 3rd-shift technicians. I also developed user-friendly GUI applications using PowerShell and Visual Basic to streamline troubleshooting.

11/2017 - 05/2019

Team Leader - IT Service Delivery, Woodforest National Bank

I managed account provisioning and multi-platform user access workflows across the enterprise, supporting over 700 branch locations. I automated IT service tasks using custom tools and scripts, streamlining troubleshooting and reducing escalations.

06/2019 - 03/2021

IT Project Consultant/Team Leader, H3 Biomedicine

I delivered IT operations and infrastructure improvements, reduced paper waste by 20% through secure print systems, and led return-to-office tech efforts during COVID-19. I also upgraded legacy PBX and video conferencing infrastructure to cloud-based UCaaS solutions.

03/2021 - 01/2023

Manager, IT Program and Project Management, Seres Therapeutics

I led IT workstreams for five new facility buildouts over two years, including GMP manufacturing, labs, and office expansions. I delivered infrastructure and systems across R&D, Clinical, and GxP environments under a centralized capital program.

01/2023 - 01/2024

Senior Manager, IT Program and Project Management, Seres Therapeutics

I oversaw final facility buildout go-lives and supported FDA approval of VOWST, including the stabilization of key systems and infrastructure. I also managed IT program delivery during scale-down efforts and an enterprise-wide reduction in force.

01/2024 - Present

Associate Director, IT Portfolio Management & PMO, Seres Therapeutics

I'm currently leading portfolio execution across TSA divestiture efforts, covering infrastructure, data, and system transitions. I built the IT PMO function from the ground up, including its framework, governance model, and intake-to-execution workflows.
